Privacy & Terms

This page covers agntwrk.com, its subdomains and the apps we run there. They are operated by Agentic Labs LLC under the agntwrk name (“we” or “us”). Each app also has its own privacy page at <app host>/privacy (for example, https://skudoctor.agntwrk.com/privacy) that describes exactly what that app collects. If we have signed a separate agreement with you, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this page.

Privacy

What we collect

We collect what you send us (for example, an email or a support request), information an app needs to work (for example, store, product and order data from a Shopify store that installs one of our apps), and basic technical information such as IP address, browser, pages visited and request logs.

How we use it

We use it to run, support, secure and improve the site and our apps, to reply to you, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics and cookies

agntwrk.com uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. It sets first-party cookies such as _ga and records pages viewed, approximate location, device and referrer. We don’t send names or email addresses to Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Our apps may also use cookies that are strictly necessary for sign-in and sessions.

AI features

Some features send data to third-party AI providers to produce results. We don’t use customer data to train general-purpose models. AI output can be wrong, so review it before relying on it.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers that help us run our services (hosting, databases, email, analytics, error reporting, AI providers and payment platforms), with integrations you connect, such as Shopify, and when the law requires it or to protect our services and users. If the business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer with it.

Shopify data requests

Our Shopify apps support Shopify’s privacy webhooks: requests for customer data, deletion of customer data and deletion of shop data after an app is uninstalled. Deleted data can remain in backups and logs until they expire.

Retention, security and location

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Request logs are kept for 30 days. Our services are hosted on Google Cloud in the United States (us-central1) and protected with access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask us to access, correct, delete or export your information, or to opt out of certain processing. Email hello@agntwrk.com, and we may need to verify the request. Where the law requires it, we honor Global Privacy Control signals. If we process your data on behalf of a merchant, we may refer you to that merchant. Our services are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

When we update this policy, we change the date at the top of this page.

Terms

Using our services

By using agntwrk.com or one of our apps, you agree to these terms. If you use them for a company, you confirm that you can agree on its behalf. Use them lawfully. Don’t try to break, overload or get around their security, and don’t use them to infringe anyone’s rights. Keep your credentials safe.

Shopify apps

Our Shopify apps are also subject to Shopify’s terms and policies. Merchants are responsible for configuring an app, using it lawfully and giving their customers the notices the law requires. Fees, if any, are shown in the app listing and billed through Shopify.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of what you submit. You allow us to use it only as needed to provide the service. We keep our rights in our software, site and brand. Open-source components remain under their own licenses.

Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WITHOUT ANY PROMISE THAT THEY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, AGENTIC LABS LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to cover claims that come from your unlawful use of the services or from content you submit that violates someone else’s rights.

Changes, suspension and law

We may change or discontinue features. We may suspend access to address security risks, abuse or nonpayment. These terms are governed by Colorado law, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
